About Me
My name is Mary Elizabeth Bonds and I am an occupational therapist and MNRI Core Specialist. As a therapist for over 25 years, I've worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life and have noticed that everyone has experienced trauma in some form or fashion.
My passion is providing hope and healing in an organic manner and educating others along the way so they too can let go of patterns not serving them well and find balance, joy, and freedom.
I am a Christian clinician who believes in the healing power of God. My practice integrates neuro-somatic sciences with Spirit-led discernment, honoring the body as God designed it to heal, reconnect, and become whole. Clients of all backgrounds are welcome—I simply bring my faith with me into the healing process

My Treatments
Each session is guided by what your body, nervous system, and inner wisdom are ready to reveal. I never impose or direct the process. Instead, I listen with my hands and my heart, following the cues your system offers and honoring the timing the Lord sets for healing. You lead the way, and I gently support the unfolding.
